1. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming State and United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The courts of general jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

2. Terms Modification

LION INCUBATOR LLC may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Assignment

We may assign our rights or duties under these Terms at any time without prior notice.

4. Age Restrictions

By using the Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Users aged 13–17 may use the Site only under parental or guardian supervision, who agree to these Terms.

5. Content Permission & Restrictions

All Content on the Site (text, images, videos, graphics, software, and interactive features) is owned or licensed by us. Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell Content. Misuse may result in liability under applicable laws.

6. On-Site Information Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate information about products, specifications, colors, and prices. However, product availability and specifications may change. Colors may vary due to your device display.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address you provide, subject to compliance with shipping restrictions on the Site. Delivery is handled by third-party carriers.

JJWELL is not responsible for delays

8. Email Communication

By creating an account or purchasing, you consent to receive emails regarding your orders and promotions. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time. Critical transactional emails will still be sent.

9. Orders & Confirmation

Orders are confirmed once payment is approved. We may limit quantities, verify information, or cancel orders if necessary.

You will receive confirmation emails for orders and shipping.

10. Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation

10.1 Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

You may return eligible items within

30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with tags intact.

Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable once production starts, except if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EU/UK customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, and US customers are protected under applicable consumer laws. These rights are not affected by this voluntary policy.

10.2 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment or before production starts for personalized items.

Contact customer.care@jjwell-official.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.

10.3 Refunds & Discounts

Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as a discount on your next purchase.

Store credit is not available, due to restrictions from pay-later providers.

Refund Timing:

Inspection & Validation: Typically 3–10 business days from receipt of returned item(s).

Posting Refund: Up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Total refund process may take up to 15 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, including express, expedited, or priority delivery services selected at checkout, are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Payment Processing Fees

JJWELL does not charge handling or management fees (order processing, packaging, or shipping registration).Payment processing fees charged by payment service providers (such as card networks, PayPal, or installment providers) are non-refundable. If you request a refund, these transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount, except where such deduction is prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

Free or Discounted Shipping

If your order benefited from free or discounted shipping, the standard outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

10.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, in which case JJWELL covers shipping.

10.5 Bank & Transaction Fees

JJWELL does not charge handling fees for order processing, packaging, or shipping registration. Bank or payment provider fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds. Invoice details are provided after order validation.

10.6 Reporting Damaged Items in Transit

Take photos/videos of packaging and product upon delivery.If delivery requires a signature, note visible damage or tampering on the receipt. Proper proof helps us file claims with carriers efficiently.

11. Compliance & Product Availability

Products are designed to comply with US laws. International users must ensure compliance with local regulations.

Product availability is updated regularly and verified before order processing. While availability cannot be guaranteed at all times, payment is only captured once availability has been confirmed. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified promptly and no payment will be captured. For rders paid via Partial.ly, processing begins once at least 50% of the total amount has been received.

12. User Comments & Submissions

You grant JJWELL an irrevocable license

to use any comments or materials submitted to the Site. You are responsible for compliance with intellectual property and privacy rights.JJWELL is not responsible for content posted by users.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Access is at your own risk. JJWELL assumes no liability for third-party sites.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Post content that harms JJWELL or its services

Interfere with Site functionality or security

Use bots or automated tools to scrape or copy Content

15. Registration, Accounts & Passwords

You are responsible for account security and activity.

Notify Customer Service immediately of unauthorized access.

We may access information to comply with laws or requests.

16. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent allowed by law.

JJWELL is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Certain state laws may limit these disclaimers.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJWELL, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

18. Disputes

Parties have 30 business days to respond.

Unresolved disputes follow the Jurisdiction clause above.
