Composed in 1996 by Fifi Award–winning perfumer Alberto Morillas, Acqua Di Gio by Giorgio Armani Eau de Toilette for men helped usher in a new age of fresh, aquatic-citrus scents. It opens with Calabrian bergamot, green tangerine and neroli, and deepens with rose, rosemary, jasmine petal, persimmon and Indonesian patchouli. Wearers have long found it suited to spring and summer, and it is often described alongside casual workwear such as a white tee and well-worn jeans.
